mutoco is a digital agency in Bern. We combine design and technology - for a positive change in our society. We share knowledge and connect with the world. We create websites, applications, digital products and experiences.

Designers at mutoco think strategically, have an eye for detail, and work across visual design, interaction design, user experience design, branding, and a bit of coding.

  • We work iteratively and always as a team, within the agency, with our partners and with the clients
  • You develop concepts, user flows, visual designs and prototypes
  • You are part of the whole process, from strategy to maintenance and further development.

  • We follow a hybrid approach to work. That means we strive for a good balance between office and remote work.

What we're looking for

  • Motivation and ability to solve complex design problems
  • An eye for detail, from concept to review of the final implementation
  • You are curious and always looking for new possibilities and approaches  
  • Focused execution of all aspects of design - from concept, to visual and motion design
  • You know the whole process involved in the creation of digital projects such as websites, apps, etc. 
  • We always try to create something new. This means no standards, but a creative process with team and clients. You lead these processes within the team but also with the clients.
