In the city center of Bern we draw attention to the School of Design with an interactive light installation. 21 orphaned shop windows were being illuminated by the movement of people scurrying through a narrow passage. Realized as Hinderling Volkart.

A live light animation with 3024 LEDs

The live light animation reacts to the movements in the passage.

A modular architecture with components that communicate with each other via TPC sockets.

A wide-angle camera located in each shop window records footage for a motion analysis
